This is a menu from Léon de Lyon, a restaurant in Lyon, France that has been run by the Lacombe family since 1949. The restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars in 1978 and has been awarded many other accolades since then. Chef Jean-Paul Lacombe is the current chef at Léon de Lyon and is known for his Lyonnaise cuisine which uses local products and changes the menu with the seasons. This particular menu is signed by Chef Jean-Paul Lacombe and is dated September 1988. It’s a great piece of culinary history that would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
