Original pastel/chalk portrait on toned paper, signed “J. Birch” and dated 6-73 at lower right. Backing carries the pencil note “‘Fred’ owned by Andrea Quinn” and a framer’s label “Kramer – Picture Frames – L.A., Cal.” Classic 1970s presentation with an oval window mat in a ribbed gold-tone frame under glass-clean, confident draftsmanship and ready to hang.
