Description
Offered here is Divisare Books Issue 77 – “Seashore Library – Vector Architects” photographed by Su Shengliang. This early Divisare volume presents a focused colour photo essay on the acclaimed Seashore Library by Vector Architects on the Chinese coast, a concrete beachfront library whose quiet interiors and relationship to sea, light and horizon have made it one of the most widely discussed small buildings of recent years.
Issue 77 is part of the first wave of Divisare Books, produced in very small numbers and sold exclusively through the Divisare online shop. The colophon notes a September 2017 edition of just 200 copies, in the classic A5 Divisare booklet format printed on fine recycled paper and staple-bound. Condition
Overall very good, with light shelf wear to the covers and spine consistent with careful handling. Corners show only minor rubbing, the stapled binding is tight, and the interior pages are clean and bright with no writing or underlining noted.
