A vintage architectural drawing of 20 Exchange Place in NYC. The architectural firm is NYCs Cross & Cross (bottom right). George Maguolo is the chief designer and is noted on the bottom left of the drawing. This skyscraper was completed in 1931 and was known as the City Bank-Farmers Trust Building. We believe the drawing is from the late 1920s. It is approximately 13 by 6 inches.
