Description
This vintage Josca wristwatch, produced by the Savo Watch Co., offers a rare glimpse into postwar Swiss watchmaking. Dating to around 1947-1952, it features a manual-wind Swiss movement with 15 jewels and shockproof technology, marked EP1 Milos. The watch retains its original hinged flip-up case back, a style typical of the 1940s, and a naturally aged yellow-tinted acrylic crystal that enhances its authentic vintage appeal.
The dial has developed a beautiful yellowish patina over time, and features a small seconds subdial at the 6 o’clock position, a classic design element of the era. While the minute hand is missing, the watch remains an excellent candidate for restoration or display.
