Addressed in a painted yellow banner to George J. Schultz, Philadelphia, PA; back flap shows a sender’s rubber stamp “DONALD BUXTON, Dubuque, Iowa,” consistent with small-maker Dubuque patriotics rather than mass-printed cachets.
