Description
Uncommon hometown patriotic from Zanesville, Ohio-Fred A. Harmer’s FAH-6 cachet depicting three servicemen with the slogan “On the Road to Victory.” Postmarked Oct 21, 1944 (11:30 AM) and franked with the 3¢ “Win the War” (Scott 905). Reverse shows Harmer’s rubber-stamped return, confirming the maker. I did not find this exact FAH-6 design in current marketplace searches, making it a scarcer local cachet worth a closer look.
