Description
Original lithographic back cover (“Two Nymphs”) by Aristide Maillol for Verve Vol. II, Nos. 5-6 (July-Oct. 1939), the special double number directed by Tériade. Genuine period printed wraps, removed from the binding; inner spine edge with sewing nicks present. Color remains strong; typical spine chipping and minor edge wear from separation. Title page is shown in photos for reference only and not included. Ships flat in archival materials.
