Identified early view of Dockery Gymnasium (now Dockery Hall) at the Missouri State Normal School in Warrensburg, Missouri-today the University of Central Missouri. Strong Richardsonian Romanesque facade with twin conical turrets, a broad round-arched porch, and a foliated lunette. Photo is postcard-size but not a postcard; it’s a gelatin silver print likely trimmed for an album. A handsome, scarce campus image from the years shortly after construction (1903) and before the 1915 fire that reshaped the campus.
