Lot of two authentic World War II photos from the personal papers of Edward E. Nahon (b. ca. 1881), a New York-based furniture designer and businessman active during the early-to-mid 20th century. These photographs capture candid military moments with iconic WWII equipment and personnel.

First Photo: A powerful side view of an M2 half-track with three visible U.S. soldiers. One lounges casually on the back deck, another stands by the front, and a helmeted soldier poses in the foreground with a clearly visible holstered Colt .45 pistol.

Second Photo: The same soldier now poses with his foot resting on an artillery piece. Another soldier without a helmet stands behind him. The M2 half-track is partially visible again, with a soldier seen in the rear.
