Postmarked QUEBEC, P.Q., Jul 13, 1927, addressed to Aetna Insurance, Hartford, CT. Short message at left: “Having a fine time… – Bill”. A solid period piece linking a major Canadian engineering landmark with the 60th-Anniversary Confederation commemoratives.
