Description
Lady Liberty lifts torch and sword above the home-front slogan “IT’S YOUR WAR AND MINE.” Postmarked December 6, 1943, Hyattsville, Maryland, and correctly franked with the 3¢ “Win the War” (Scott 905). I have not located this exact cachet in current marketplace checks, which gives it strong appeal for #905 and WWII patriotic specialists. Please view all photos; combined shipping available.
